The Lightcliffe Range is our traditional double storey compact clubhouse. The building is constructed over two storeys finished with render and brickwork so best suits a more masonry approach albeit this building can be constructed using timber frame.

Layout

This compact building is designed to house changing rooms as well as a smaller clubroom space to the first floor. This building is often put forward when budgets are more constrained but our clients still want that first floor space with balcony provision.
